Before you choose
Send the product name or link, selected option, and your question. For sand trays and texture tools, include any dimensions, working surface, or material compatibility you need clarified.
Ask before ordering if you need to confirm the included material quantity, tool size, preparation steps, or suitability for a specific project.
Existing orders
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Explain whether your request concerns order status, an address correction, cancellation, or another matter.
Changes depend on fulfillment progress and are not confirmed until accepted by us.
Product or material concerns
Describe the affected product and variant, the problem, and any relevant preparation or use steps. Photos of the item, label, packaging, and included contents may help.
For missing materials or tools, identify the component and the quantity promised in the listing. Do not send loose samples or products before receiving instructions.
Delivery questions
Provide your order number, tracking reference, and the shipment concern. If tracking says “Delivered” but the parcel is missing, tell us what locations and delivery records you have already checked.
A delivery scan alone does not automatically prevent investigation of a legitimate concern.
Return requests
Request an eligible preference return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Include the item, reason, condition, and relevant photographs or video.
Wait for approval and the designated return destination. Our registered business address is not automatically a return facility.
Privacy and payment information
For a privacy request, identify the type of request and the information or order concerned. We may need proportionate verification before taking action.
Never email complete payment-card details, CVV/security codes, banking passwords, or one-time authentication codes.
